Booking Protection is an insurance cover that can be activated up to 24 hours from confirmation of booking, It covers the stay against cancellation of booking, interrupted stay, or late arrival at the Hotel.

- a refund of the penalty charged by the hotel
- a refund of the penalty in the case of interrupted stay
- a refund of costs sustained in the case of delayed start to the stay
